These are the plain-language foundations for bookings with Goodfruit Creative. Your final quote or agreement will confirm the details for your session.

Booking and payment

A date is confirmed after the agreed booking steps and any stated deposit are complete. Package scope, price, travel and expected delivery timing are confirmed in writing before the work begins.

Rescheduling and weather

When weather, illness or another genuine problem makes the session impractical, Goodfruit Creative will work with you on a suitable alternative. Wedding and event changes depend on availability and the specific agreement.

Editing and delivery

The final selection and editing reflect Jana’s style and professional judgement. Delivery quantities are stated as “up to” or minimum estimates where shown. Lifestyle work is normally ready within 1–2 weeks; larger events take longer.

Gallery availability and downloads

Private galleries remain available for the period confirmed at delivery. Download and keep your photographs before expiry. The gallery is a delivery copy, not a permanent archive, and access may be revoked if the link or code is misused.

Personal use and publication

Delivered photographs are for your personal use unless another licence is agreed. Goodfruit Creative keeps copyright. Public portfolio or promotional use is handled separately and will follow the permission agreed for recognisable people.
