Goodfruit Creative collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, manage bookings and provide photography services.

What is collected

Enquiries can include your name, contact details, preferred dates, location, language and what you hope to capture. A confirmed booking may also require practical details needed to plan and deliver the work.

How it is used

Your information is used to reply, plan the session, provide the agreed service and meet necessary legal or accounting duties. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Portfolio permission

Recognisable client photographs are not added to the public portfolio automatically. Publication requires the appropriate permission. Web-sized copies selected for the portfolio are stored for as long as the story is published or needed for Goodfruit Creative's agreed promotional use.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, booking and applicable obligations. You can ask what information is held, request a correction or discuss deletion through the contact form.
