Your details and photographs deserve care.

Goodfruit Creative collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, manage bookings, provide photography services and deliver private galleries.

What is collected

Enquiries can include your name, contact details, preferred dates, location, language and what you hope to capture. A confirmed booking may also require practical details needed to plan and deliver the work. Gallery records include access, delivery and favourite information.

How it is used

Your information is used to reply, plan the session, provide the agreed service, deliver photographs and meet necessary legal or accounting duties. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Private galleries

Client galleries are hidden by default and protected by a private, unguessable link plus a separate access code. Access can expire or be revoked. Please do not forward your link or code unless you are comfortable giving that person access to the photographs.

Portfolio permission

Recognisable client photographs are not added to the public portfolio automatically. Publication is handled separately from private delivery and requires the appropriate permission.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only as long as needed for the booking, delivery, agreed gallery period and applicable obligations. You can ask what information is held, request a correction or discuss deletion through the contact form.
